Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate division. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in our success by generating leads, converting them into sales of our properties and exceeding our sales targets.

    Responsibilities:


  • ⦿ Prospect and identify potential clients for company inventory.
  • ⦿ Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for office presentations and property visits.
  • ⦿ Understand client needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable properties.
  • ⦿ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • ⦿ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

    Qualifications:


  • ⦿ 0-2 years of experience in Sales (Experience in real estate sales will be given preference).

Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand promotion, generate leads, and increase reach of our products.

    Responsibilities:


  • ⦿ Pevelop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • ⦿ Manage and optimize website content to improve search engine ranking and user experience.
  • ⦿ Create engaging social media content (including visuals) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to attract and engage potential buyers.
  • ⦿ Manage and execute targeted online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to generate qualified leads.
  • ⦿ Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • ⦿ Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the real estate industry.
  • ⦿ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels.
  • ⦿ Track and report on key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads generated, ROI).

    Qualifications:


  • ⦿ We are seeking a candidate proficient in digital marketing, particularly skilled in executing effective Lead Generation Campaigns
  • ⦿ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • ⦿ Minimum [0-1 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred, with a proven track record of success. But we would consider freshers depending on their caliber.]
  • ⦿ Strong understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
  • ⦿ Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • ⦿ Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • ⦿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ⦿ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
