  • Stage 1: A construction project has begun for 50 prefabricated cottages along the Yamunotri Dham road, featuring luxurious interiors with deodar wood and a scenic view of the Yamuna River. There will also be an on-site multi-cuisine restaurant for guests to enjoy.
  • Stage 2: An additional 100 cottages will be constructed, expanding the resort's capacity.
  • Stage 3: The final stage will see the construction of the remaining 150 cottages, completing the resort.
